This is a VERY DRY AND SIMPLE Mead, made by fermenting honey with no fruit and no sulfites. Ours is a lot less sweet than most meads, and should go well with fish and hors d'oeuvres. We have noticed that people who like beer tend to like this wine, and those who LOVE our sweet Blackberry might NOT like this dry Mead. And be warned; Mead generally throws a sediment and gets cloudy. We have not overcome this, but we have found the flavor of our Mead to be unaffected by the sediment.
